Question 1

Which KHAVAAN perfume should I choose?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the impression you want to leave. Choose KHAVAAN I (Fruity Chypre) if you like fresh, clean scents built on Calabrian bergamot, Sicilian lemon, apple and pineapple over a birch and oakmoss base - it is the versatile everyday option that works at the office and in warm weather. Choose KHAVAAN II (Fiery Cinnamon & Smooth Tobacco) if you prefer warm, sweet and spicy fragrances with tobacco, leather and saffron notes - it suits evenings and cooler weather. Choose KHAVAAN III (Sweet Saffron & Amberwood) if you want a bold saffron and amber statement scent for evenings and special occasions; it is made for men and women. All three are extraits de parfum, the highest-concentration fragrance format, so a small amount lasts long on skin.

Question 2

What is the difference between KHAVAAN I, II and III?

Accepted Answer

KHAVAAN I is a fruity chypre: Calabrian bergamot, Sicilian lemon, blackcurrant leaf and apple over pineapple, pink pepper and jasmine, drying down to birch, patchouli, musk, cedarwood, oakmoss and ambroxan. KHAVAAN II is fiery and smooth: pink pepper, elemi resin, bergamot and grapefruit over cinnamon, saffron and paprika, with tobacco, leather and vetiver in the base. KHAVAAN III is a sweet saffron and amberwood profile for men and women: saffron and jasmine over amber resin, ambergris, fir balsam and white cedar.

Question 3

Why does KHAVAAN make only three fragrances?

Accepted Answer

KHAVAAN deliberately keeps a collection of three instead of a long catalogue. Every scent is an extrait de parfum developed to be worn fully and to last long on skin, and the small line-up makes choosing simpler: fruity chypre, fiery cinnamon and tobacco, or sweet saffron and amberwood.
